Returns
Given the personalized and commemorative nature of our products, we carefully inspect each item before shipment. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your contact email].
We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized, engraved, or customized to your specifications.
Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
